Can anyone recommend a non-toxic product or combination of ingredients that will repel garden bugs?
I used seven last season and I suspect it made me sick a couple of times when I harvested too soon after application and couldn’t get the produce fully cleaned. I want something non-toxic to humans. I was wondering about a mix of dish soap and vinnegar or something like that.

Soap chips will work just fine.
Seems like the flower Gladiolas repels bugs. They don’t like the odor.
Try planting marigolds. Soapy water works great on most bugs or leave a bucket of soapy water outside bugs will be attrated and drown
Onions will repel bugs, a mixture of sage a drop of oil and dish soap and soak some cigarettes in water strain and mix all together for a sprayer. ;0)
Try companion planting like raddishes and cucumbers seem to repell cabbage worm. There’s a host of plants that discourage bugs. Rosemary, basil, marigold, geranium and on and on. See below for a site I found.
Organic garden oil suffocates a lot of bugs. Just spray a fine mist on the top and under the leaves. Leave it on for a day and then spray it off with water. Repeat as needed.
Make sure to use a good organic plant food. Healthy plants are more resistant to disease.
lady bugs eat aphids and are good for the garden as far as the seven dust it washes off clean if you got sick you probably planted in the wrong signs of the zodiac
Have MissDemanda stand in your garden. May need to give her food and water on occassion.
