Little white bugs on water surface of tropical fish tank?
I have a planted tropical aquarium and today during the water change, I noticed some VERY small white bugs on the surface of my aquarium and they tend to anchor around where plants are up to the surface.
It seems like they float but they occasionally will jump around.
Do you have an idea what these bugs are?
Thanks a lot.

YOU NEED TO REMOVE THOSE. GO TO YOUR LOCAL PET STORE AND SEE WHAT THEY SAY. BUT I KNOW YOU NEED TO GET THEM REMOVED.
I don’t really know for sure. but they might be a parisite. Don’t get freaked out though because im not sure
You need to get them removed. They are probably a type of parasite. At least take the fish out of your tank. Go to your local pet store and see what they say.
their are actually most likely copepods not a parasite but a crustacean not bad but i wouldnt suggest letting them over run your tank they are in almost every freshwater home aquarium.
best place to check out copepods is wiki
