make a paste of turmeric powder and neem oil. massage this thoroughly into his skin, everywhere, and especially where the bites appear. if it is a bug, this will eliminate it. it will also make him yellow, but only for a day or two.

This sounds like parasites. If you have access to Aloe Vera or cercy herbs, you may use these.

To Prepare The Aloe
Wash leaf
peal off the skin
Dice gel into a container with 2 quarts of water and leave to soak for 4 hours before starting to use.
Drink 4 oz 3 times per day.

To Prepare Cercy
Pour boiling water on in a container and leave to steep for about 5 minutes. Drink 3 times per day.

Supplements that will help
ParaCleanse & Genesis

Be sure to drink at least 8 glasses of water each day during treatment. This treatment will ensure that an environment will be created to repel parasites.

He should change his cloths and bed linen on a daily basis. These should be washed in very warm water.

I wouldn't really refer to this as a "Malaysian Disease" - he probably has a rash or scabies. Go to a doctor.
