Not if your just planning on rubbing the fruit all over your naked body :P

You will just get sticky and all the dust and dirt will get all over you and make you break out!!!

Eat avocado, olive oil, and as many fresh fruits and vegetables as possible.

I have heard that papaya has properties that exfoliate skin because of the acid content. I don’t know exactly how to use it but read up on Papaya online and I’m sure you could find more into. Many tropical fruits are citrusy but for some reason I recall Papaya having certain benefits.
Here’s a good one about papaya: http://myblogonbeauty.blogspot.com/2006/08/papaya-for-health-and-beauty.html

Also, coconut oil can be used as a moisturizer. I use virgin coconut oil on my face and body and have done for for a year and I will never use anything else as long as I can help it.

Hi Veronica,
Well done on improving your health and skin.
Have you thought of a 100% raw fruit diet which will help skin…and health.
Check out Dr Douglas Graham’s website and his FAQ’s.
