no it isn’t true. there is quite a bit of fat in avocados, but it’s a very healthy fat. tropical fruits such as pineapple, jackfruit, and mangos do not have more sugar than apples and/or pears in the same weight.

plus, there are many kinds of tropical fruits. I”m sure some have more and some have less than pears and apples.

NO. not all fruits contain too much of fat. Some fruits like coconut contain a little amounts of fat where as others contain considerably very low. And yes they contain a loads of sugar and vitamins and many more minerals. These sugars Does not fatten you because daily chores are enough to drain then. They are beneficial as they are rich in vitamins and minerals. I suggest you to take them with out an hesitation.
