No. Apple trees are deciduous and require a certain number of "chiilling" hours before they set buds for the next growing season. Tropical plants differ in they have no dormant season, they continue to grow year around.

Not likely in a tropical region, but there are a few varieties that will grow in subtropical regions. The apple fruit typically needs the cool Autumn weather to finish it's development properly. Without the temperatures drops typical in the Temperate Zones of apple growing regions, the fruit will not color or mature properly, and the fruit buds for the following year will not form properly.

I wouldn’t think so.
Apple trees actually NEED to experience freezing temperatures in order to produce fruit.
