Wow three dermatologist? Have you considered possibly having a laser that puts the pigment back in you skin? But only having a correct diagnosis..... It was a fungal thing, which I know as 'handkerchief' - it usually occurs in tropical climates. He used a anti-fungal wash called Pevaryl, which cleared it up for him... maybe you could try this? It wouldn't hurt... Good luck.. PS - I looked on the web for 'handkerchief' and couldn't find any pics, so maybe it's a local name for it.. sorry!
